It depends on the amount of work required, the material and size of the area. The work can take anything from 1 hour to 1 week - we will always discuss this with you during our quotation.

As with all trades, the cost varies hugely dependent on the services, materials and time that the job demands. We can offer very basic estimates from photos and will do our best to uphold that estimate when quoting properly.

The short answer is no, on the majority of jobs. We would also try to clean using high pressure water alone and this is normally successful.

The cleaning agents that we use are drain safe and can be diluted with water alone.

These chemicals do unfortunately have the potential to be harmful to pond life if not handled correctly - and as a precaution we would never use them in the vicinity of a pond or any other direct waterway with life.

As a general rule, we would say to expect a 2-3 working day gap between quoting and coming to begin your clean. This can vary and ultimately it would be your choice when we come.

Except in extreme circumstances we continue to work regardless of the weather.
